The NEBTIME ultrasonic nebulizer is designed to vaporize liquids and solutions, such as medications, for patient treatment.

Instead of using heat to convert liquids into vapor, this device applies frequency. The microprocessor-controlled electronic system generates frequencies using a piezo-ceramic crystal, which are then transformed into mechanical vibrations. These vibrations cause the liquid in the reservoir to evaporate without heating.

Additionally, a fan in the device draws air from the external environment through a bacteria filter, purifying it before pressing it into the liquid reservoir. The continuous vapor formed in the reservoir is then delivered to the patient through a hose using air pressure. If needed, the vapor can be converted into warm steam for patient application.
