Ultrasonic Nebulizer
The NEBTIME ultrasonic nebulizer is designed to vaporize liquids and solutions, such as medications, for use in patient treatment.
Instead of using heat to convert liquids into vapor, this device uses ultrasonic technology. The microprocessor-controlled system generates ultrasonic waves through a piezo-ceramic crystal, which are then transformed into mechanical vibrations. These vibrations cause the liquid in the reservoir to evaporate without heating.
Additionally, a fan in the device draws air from the environment, purifies it through a bacteria filter, and presses it into the liquid reservoir. The continuous vapor formed is then delivered to the patient through a hose using the built-up air pressure. If desired, the vapor can also be converted into warm steam for patient application.
